We currently have positions for a few licensed agents in Health Insurance and Life Insurance as well as a Broker Relationship Manager. 

Job Description for Broker Relationship Manager

Job Summary: The Broker Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with health insurance brokers and agencies. This role involves recruiting new agents, providing training and support, and ensuring that our brokers are equipped to effectively sell our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health insurance, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in broker relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: Identify and recruit new health insurance agents and agencies to expand our broker network.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing brokers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Training and Development: Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to brokers to ensure they are knowledgeable about our products and services.
  • Sales Support: Assist brokers in the sales process, including providing product information, answering questions, and resolving any issues.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor broker performance and provide feedback and coaching to help them achieve their sales targets.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all broker activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in health insurance, with a focus on broker relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of health insurance products and the insurance market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with brokers.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong drive to achieve results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
